Bricata Releases Version 1.5 of Its bOS Operating System

Vienna, VA, July 6, 2015 – Bricata, Inc, the pioneer of high-throughput next generation intrusion prevention security systems (NGIPS), today announced the general availability of version 1.5 of its Bricata Operating System (bOS), the core software technology powering its ProAccel line of NGIPS appliances and cloud-based solutions.

This new version includes several performance and usability improvements, including an agentless web-based user interface, built-in custom signature creation wizard, the ability import both SNORT and Suricata signatures seamlessly, and to access and download PCAP data based on a specific event.
